Supervision is there to confirm that the employment is running properly and lawfully, and that no side — the patient, the family, or the caregiver — is left open to a claim, a fine, or a complaint later.

What we do:

  • We help carry out planned home visits by a social worker, at least twice a year.
  • We help check employment conditions, proper housing, and medical insurance that is still in force.
  • We help hold private conversations with the patient and with the caregiver.
  • We help report and record everything the Population Authority requires.
  • We update families from time to time on minimum-wage changes, changes to permitted deductions, and other regulatory updates worth knowing.
